Happy Friday!

It’s been a busy few weeks for us as we’ve been traveling back and fourth to Chicago to  enjoy the summer with our family. I wanted to pop on here to share this Palm Print Tank because it’s SO good for this endless midwest heat wave we are in. The fabric is so lightweight!

I love the pom poms and subtle palm print detail – you could even get away with wearing this to work tucked into a pencil skirt & with this #nsale mustard cardigan.

If you haven’t already seen me talking about these Express Distressed Shorts, you need to get on board girlfriend! I can’t stress enough how comfortable (and high-waisted) they are and I’ve grabbed them so many times this summer. Good news: today they’re 50% off!

Don’t hats just make you feel some kind of chic?! Also the perfect fix for a bad hair day 🙂 I thought this adorable floppy one pulled this look together. The great thing about this style of hat, is it looks great on everyone. This exact one I bought on a trip to the Caribbean but there are so many similar options that are just as great – including this one and this one.

Packing Tip: Turn your hat upside down in your suitcase and fill the inside with a tee, socks, a scarf… anything to fit snug. Then place your clothes in a circle around the brim so the sides are secure. Boom! Your hat will keep it’s shape and not get squished throughout travel.

We’re off to Chicago for the weekend but I can’t wait to hear how you’re styling summer hats – let me know in the comments below!
